These are so yum - it will be a challenge indeed! I hope B loves them. xxAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18038992332864003462noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3402465881767446501.post-63451256831738464892013-01-27T09:37:35.864+11:002013-01-27T09:37:35.864+11:00Thanks for your words of encouragement, Nic! I haven't written where we're up to with our meals and planning yet, but most of the time its great and we are so well stocked... except for yesterday - shopping day after guests have been ;) It does feel so natural! And the owlets are eating so much more, it amazes me!

No seeds either right now. Missing quinoa and chia especially. Hopefully we'll get back to them soon. xxAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18038992332864003462noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3402465881767446501.post-14234884030210128522013-01-27T09:19:45.634+11:002013-01-27T09:19:45.634+11:00Hey, Lauren :)

Then we started meal planning, even snacks. I struggled a bit mentally with the rigidity of planning but it has made a difference. We shop fortnightly, and where our fridge used to be bare in the second week, it is now still abundant. Batch cooking, prepared snacks, so much easier. Also, our bills have reduced again, not quite to where they were, but nowhere near as bad as they got. We are not as strict as you (still have nuts and some legumes, and the kids still eat quite a wide array of fruit) but regardless, we all feel so much healthier. Are you eating seeds (such as chia)? Good luck with it all, it will def come to feel natural.
Nic.Nicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05580692106162316063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3402465881767446501.post-7405010241585802862013-01-27T00:53:43.101+11:002013-01-27T00:53:43.101+11:00Thanks love! It's amazing how much faster trips to the supermarket are now, isn't it? :)Mamayalihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09381395081577670368noreply@blogger.com
